Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Proof of purchase is required.

Process

We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA if applicable.
Ship the item using a trackable service.

Fees & Refunds

Unless defective or damaged, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Damages

For exchanges or damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist quickly.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Warranty & Product Disclaimer

Limited Warranty

The Pack Chair Ltd. warrants outdoor chairs against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, rust, patina, or weather-related damage.
Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, or modifications.
Commercial or rental use unless explicitly stated.

How to Make a Claim

Email thepackchair@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. If a defect is confirmed, we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Safety & Use Disclaimer

Do not exceed the posted weight limit of each chair.
Inspect hardware periodically and tighten as needed.
